DELIVERY

Good news! All UK deliveries direct from our website are FREE. Items are processed and dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of order. All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 - please allow approximately 2-3 days from order to delivery. All orders are tracked and you will be given tracking number on dispatch notification email. Please allow extra time for your arrival during busy periods or national strikes.

RETURN

If you are unhappy with your order we do accept exchanges or refunds, except for custom orders and personalised items. Please email an exchange request to hello@sea-spirit.co.uk within 30 days of purchase. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The item must be returned before refund is given. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Regretfully, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.

FAULTY ITEMS

We hope this never happens, but if your product breaks, be rest assured we offer a year warranty on all our items. Proof of purchase must be provided. If you receive a faulty item, for example your sea glass arrives broken, please email hello@sea-spirit.co.uk and we can rectify the problem.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. You will see all options when you go to checkout (to pay by debit/credit card you will be asked to complete your details first) Our products are available through this Sea Spirit Creations website or on our Etsy shop, where you can opt to pay with Klarna also.
